MS Word for Mac won't open on my iMac.


Well, for the first time we'll have to take the thing down to the Applecare people in Aventura to remove corrupted files. IE won't open for the same reason.

The Wife 

...picked up MS Office for Mac. It appears to have almost all the goodies on it that regular Office does, plus a new program called MS Entourage, a mail client.

Meantime, something that Sullivan wrote several months ago in the wake of the release of Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ struck me: Popular Front thinking. Sullivan used it to respond to the rallying of the Right to the banner of Mel Gibson and his movie. Now, we are to witness a Popular Front effort on the part of Democrats to defend Michael Moore.
